Associate - Project Finance

Our AmLaw 100 client are seeking a mid to senior-level finance associate to work in its Project & Energy group, with a focus on energy transition financing matters. This position could be located in any of their East Coast offices. As an associate you will have the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters including novel financing deals in the energy transition space. Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters. Experience handling transactions in the area of financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven experience in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters. Compensation will be cravath scale and our client are offering a sign on bonus, and covering any new year bonus loss. YOU MUST HAVE A JD.
