Structured Finance Attorney

The New York office of our highly respected AmLaw client has an immediate opening for a senior associate with 5-8 years' experience to join its growing Structured Finance. Significant experience in ABS, RMBS and/or esoteric securitizations is beneficial. Capabilities in drafting complex transaction and disclosure documents and managing multiple capital market transactions at once are also a requisite. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
