Banking & Finance Lawyer - NQ to 5 years' PQE | National Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Available BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading UK law firm on the recruitment of a Banking & Finance Lawyer (NQ to 5 years' PQE) to join its expanding national Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a top-tier practice known for delivering high-quality legal advice to a prestigious client base. The Role This role sits within a highly regarded Finance team that advises a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. You'll be involved in matters for: · UK clearing banks · European and investment banks · Independent financiers · Investment funds · Corporate borrowers from listed companies to SMEs The successful candidate will ideally have experience in asset-based lending and/or invoice discounting, though this is not essential. You will benefit from a partner-led approach, close collaboration with senior lawyers, and a supportive national team environment focused on quality and innovation.
