The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible working options available. The Role As an Employment Associate, you will: - Advise a wide range of clients, focusing on the health and care sector (private and NHS), as well as potentially some clients in the commercial sectors including automotive, manufacturing, retail, and higher education. - Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing strategic support and high-quality legal advice on complex cases. - Engage in business development initiatives to enhance and promote the firm's Employment practice. - Collaborate with senior team members and work across offices on national projects. About You To succeed in this role, you will: - Have at least 2 years' experience as an employment solicitor, gained either in a reputable law firm or in-house. - Be a self-starter with strong initiative, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage complex matters. - Have excellent client relationship-building abilities, with attention to detail and solid time management skills. - Ideally, have some experience working with health and care clients, though this is not essential.
