The Role: · Manage a challenging personal injury caseload across employers/public liability, industrial disease, RTA and serious injury. · Be an available source of support and mentorship from trainees and junior within the team. · Provide clients with the most effective legal advice during challenging periods of their life. · Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, national, personal injury team. · Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities. The Candidate: · Scottish qualified Solicitor with a background in Personal Injury matters. · Passion for Personal Injury, RTA or Clinical Negligence matters. · Previous experience within personal injury. · Dedicated and professional working manner.
