Legal Counsel

Role - Legal Counsel: Our client seeks to recruit a commercially minded solicitor to undertake a varied in-house role that includes: commercial and contractual matters; M&A, JV and corporate support; elements of company secretarial work; dispute resolution; and other ad hoc commercial legal matters. The role will see you working closely with stakeholders, negotiating directly with customers, suppliers and partners, and instructing and managing external counsel. There is a genuine opportunity to crack on, to assume ownership of duties and relationships, and to accelerate your career and personal development. Working arrangements: The role of Legal Counsel is based in Manchester and you will be employed on a hybrid working basis with 2-3 days in the office. Should you live slightly further afield than the North West, our client has confirmed they are open to some additional flexibility on office days and working arrangements.
