Healthcare Advisory & Inquests Solicitor, East Anglia This is a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Solicitor to work within a top rated UK law firm. The role: You will be working within a team that deals with Health, Care and Public Law Team, advising NHS Trusts, private providers, charities, and more on regulatory and advisory matters You'll handle a caseload centered around advocacy in Coroner's Court. Associated advice related to CQC and professional regulatory advice will also be required. Work will be predominately inquest-based with an appropriate level of supervision. The candidate: A barrister or Associate with a demonstrable interest or previous experience in this practice area or related practice area. An enthusiastic and committed approach to inquest advocacy.
