Job responsibilities: In your new residential conveyancer role you will: * Be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property files, with support * Files would include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, shard ownership and transfer of equity - file allocation is based upon your level of experience * Work closely with introducers and clients to ensure a smooth process * Work with the wider team to meet client expectations and achieve set targets Benefits * Salary up to £45,000+ bonus' (DOE) * Pension * Health cash plan * Life assurance * Hybrid working
