Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee Earner - Lancashire My client is an established law firm based in Blackpool. Due to workflow they are looking to hire a Housing Disrepair fee earner/Solicitor to join. They're seeking an experienced litigator who has experience dealing with Housing Disrepair matters. Role: - Dealing with disrepair claims including responding to claim letters, organising disclosure and advising on liability - Anti - social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions - Applying for access injunctions - General housing management advice on tenancy issues Requirements: - Experience of housing disrepair claims - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Outstanding client care skills - Excellent time management skills Benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with level/experience - Hybrid working BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
