The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a thriving team in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clinical negligence work with minimal supervision Handle a diverse range of clinical negligence cases Maintain a thorough understanding of CPR and clinical negligence law Provide clients with advice on sensitive issues Draft witness statements and pleadings Review medical reports and offer appropriate advice Maintain a basic understanding of medical issues Instruct and communicate with Counsel Manage complex conferences The firm are looking for a highly ambitious and self-motivated Solicitor who can work both independently and as part of a team.
