Role Overview: As a Partner in our Large Loss Team, you will be a pivotal figure in managing and resolving high-value, complex claims, particularly those involving catastrophic injuries. You will leverage your extensive legal expertise and leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and maintain our firm's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large loss claims from inception to resolution, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases, ensuring the highest standards of legal service. Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that enhance the firm's market position. Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring favourable outcomes. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base. Qualifications: Minimum of years of experience in handling large loss claims, with significant experience in catastrophic injury cases. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a legal firm or corporate legal department. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
