Residential Conveyancer - Cornwall Long established high street law firm is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner to work within its well regarded Residential Property team in Cornwall. THE FIRM Established firm Specialist residential property department Acting on behalf of a range of clients to include local and national based estate agents and referrers THE ROLE The role will involve handling a manageable caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion Caseload will consist of: Sale or purchase of freehold/leasehold residential property, shared equity/ownership transactions, new build transactions, remortgages and equity release, help to Buy transactions, Right to Buy transactions and transfers of equity/ownership REQUIREMENTS Experienced in handling your own caseload of conveyancing work with minimal supervision Using a case management system BENEFITS Working within a well established firm in a collaborative and friendly environment Competitive salary Good work / life balance and manageable caseload For more information regarding this Conveyancing role, please contact Clara Rogers at BCL Legal.
