Residential Conveyancer - Home Based THE FIRM - Modern law firm specialising in Residential property - Forward thinking, modern firm THE OPPORTUNITY - The firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced residential conveyancer to work full time from home - You do not need generate your own business as you will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams who will look after i.e. post completion for you freeing up your time to focus - Manageable varied caseload of 65 files with full support REQUIREMENTS - Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience handling your own residential property files - Self-motivated and able to work independently - A keen eye for detail - Able to work as part of and integrate into a small team that is social and supportive of each other BENEFITS - Up to £45,000 including bonus, which is paid quarterly and annual percentage share of billings - Internal development & professional subscriptions to support your learning and career - Private medical insurance and life assurance worth four times your annual salary BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
