Residential Conveyancer - South Molton, Devon Long established high street law firm is recruiting for a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or conveyancing fee earner to work within its long established and close knit residential property team. THE FIRM - Long standing and successful firm - Close knit team THE ROLE - Handling a low volume caseload of quality conveyancing files - Dealing with residential property transactions from inception through to completion - Full remit of matters will consist of: Sale or purchase of freehold/leasehold residential property, shared equity/ownership transactions, new build transactions, remortgages and equity release, help to Buy transactions, Right to Buy transactions and transfers of equity/ownership REQUIREMENTS - Well versed in handling a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception to completion - Able to work autonomously BENEFITS - Supportive and friendly working environment - Access to quality transactions For more information regarding this conveyancing role, please contact Clara Rogers at BCL Legal.
