Personal Injury Solicitor

EL/PL Solicitor We have a fantastic new instruction for an EL/PL Solicitor join a well regarded defendant law firm in Cheshire. The Firm: Due to continued growth and expansion in their Cheshire based office, they are now looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the highly successful defendant EL/PL injury department. Key Responsibilities Acting and assisting on Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of leading insurers and insureds. Handling own caseload and assisting solicitors and partners with complex, high value, personal injury claims. Drafting pleadings, reporting to clients, preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending in conference. Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices. Experience and Skills Required · Completed the LPC or equivalent · An undergraduate law degree or equivalent (minimum 2:1 required) · Previous experience within a recognised defendant practice · A high level of accuracy and attention to detail · The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast pace environment · A Professional manner with the ability to build relationship internally and externally · Assertive and confident to managing expectations Applications are invited from Legal Executives/ Solicitors with experience of working within Defendant EL/PL team.
