An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a prestigious, Tier 1-ranked family law team in the Cheshire office. The Opportunity:
This role will see you take on a broad and engaging family law caseload, with a strong emphasis on high net worth and complex private family matters, including:
· Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
· Some private children matters
· Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
· Cohabitation disputes
· Complex asset and business ownership issues
· International family law aspects (where relevant)
You will work closely with some of the most respected family law partners outside of London, gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal issues and receiving hands-on mentoring in a collaborative and social working environment.
The Role:
· Managing your own caseload of private family law matters
· Supporting senior partners on complex and high-value matters
· Attending client meetings and managing client relationships directly
· Advising high net worth individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs
· Playing an active role in business development and networking initiatives
· Representing the firm with professionalism and empathy at all times
The Candidate:
· Qualified Family Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally 2-5 years' PQE
· Strong background in private family law, including divorce and finance work
· Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
· A genuine interest in relationship-building and business development
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident in managing your own caseload
· Backgrounds from national, regional, or boutique firms are all welcomed
