Family Solicitor / Associate - Leading Tier 1 Team | Cheshire | High-Quality Work | 2-5 PQE An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a prestigious, Tier 1-ranked family law team in the Cheshire office. The Opportunity: This role will see you take on a broad and engaging family law caseload, with a strong emphasis on high net worth and complex private family matters, including: · Divorce and financial remedy proceedings · Some private children matters · Pre- and post-nuptial agreements · Cohabitation disputes · Complex asset and business ownership issues · International family law aspects (where relevant) You will work closely with some of the most respected family law partners outside of London, gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal issues and receiving hands-on mentoring in a collaborative and social working environment.
