The Role: Joining a dynamic and expanding Corporate team that has previously won Corporate Team of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards, you will work on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including: · Mergers, acquisitions, and business disposals · Investment agreements and shareholder arrangements · Group restructures and share reorganisations · Share options, including EMIs · Due diligence, disclosure processes, and corporate governance · Banking and finance matters, including security and loan documentation · Non-contentious insolvency matters This is a role offering real variety, high levels of responsibility, and the chance to work alongside some of the region's most respected corporate lawyers.
