Commercial Property Solicitor - 1-4 PQE - This role can be based in any of their offices in Lancashire- Preston, Blackburn or Fylde Coast The role: * 1-4 PQE commercial property role. * Due to firms' growth plans, this role can be based at any of their offices in Lancashire/ Cumbria. * Strong regional firm- one of the largest real estate teams in the region. * The team is highly recommended in the Legal 500 * Award winning real estate team * You will be picking up a varied caseload of real estate matters including; acquisitions disposals, landlord & tenant and development * In all offices there is a real mix of high-quality work - land acquisition and disposal, development, site-setups, secured lending, panel work corporate support for the Corporate Team. * Working across a range of sectors including Leisure, Manufacturing, breweries and SME entrepreneurs. * Liaising with an established client base and providing proactive advice - including national organisations, quoted companies, property developers as well as individual property investors.
