· Cutting-Edge Clients: Work with trailblazers in tech, media, healthcare and financial services-from innovative startups and scale-ups to listed multinational corporates and global funds.
· Breadth of Work: Handle a full spectrum of corporate matters including M&A, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance, group reorganisations, and corporate finance. The team's strength in cross-border work means you'll regularly collaborate with overseas counsel and be a key contact on international deals.
· Supportive, Collaborative Culture: The firm's ethos is grounded in kindness, integrity and clarity-creating a genuinely inclusive, friendly and forward-thinking environment. Associates are empowered to lead on transactions, contribute ideas and actively participate in the growth of the practice.
· Real Career Development: Associates here are encouraged to take ownership of their development. From mentoring and bespoke training to genuine partner-track opportunities, you'll be supported to achieve your full potential.
