Real Estate Senior Associate/ Partner A fantastic opportunity for a senior real estate solicitor has arisen at an award winning firm in their Manchester city centre office. Key elements of the role are as follows: You will have the opportunity to work on a broad caseload of retail lettings work, development matters(commercial and residential), buying & selling and corporate support. Opportunity to work for an impressive client base- including household name retailers. They are looking for a senior real estate solicitor to join the office in Manchester city centre. This could be at Senior Associate or Partner level. They are looking to recruit a senior real estate lawyer with good client connections, a following would be ideal but connections & ambition to develop a following would suffice. This role would suit a lawyer who is looking to progress their career, perhaps someone who feels their progression is obstructed at their current firm and would like to join a firm where partnership is meaningful and lucrative. You will have the autonomy to focus on sectors you are interested in so if you have a particular specialism or interest in certain sectors, who will be encouraged to pursue these. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing firm, who act for clients in prime central London real estate and cutting edge developments in the North-West of England. You will be an integral part of the Manchester office and wider real estate team.
