Real Estate Solicitor- Manchester city centre - 1-4 PQE This is a great opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join an established and highly regarded real estate team in an international firm in their Manchester City Centre office. The Firm - Legal 500 recommended real estate team in Manchester - Impressive list of clients across a variety of sectors - Partners with over 20 years experience in the market - Friendly team with great work/life balance The Role - They act for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across variety of sectors. The team are also regularly instructed by landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors - including education and local government. - This is an opportunity to gain experience working across the spectrum of real estate work, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant lease work, development work, leasebacks, commercial finance and pension sales. - There is some really complex and interesting work on offer, together with a great client list. - You will work with a varied and highly sought after client base including occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across a range of sectors.
