Planning Solicitor | 1-4 PQE | International Law Firm | Manchester city centre BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting an international law firm in seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Planning team in Manchester. The Role As an Associate in this Planning team, you will: -Join an award-winning national team that handles a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. -Work on high-profile projects including new road, rail, airport and port schemes and significant urban developments. -Opportunity to get involved with a broad caseload of regeneration & infrastructure projects, complex development agreements, high profile & contentious compulsory purchase orders. - You will be assisting on complex cases and running your own caseload. About You To be successful in your application for this Planning Associate vacancy, you will have: -1 - 4 years' PQE with experience in planning law. -A strong academic background. -Excellent technical skills with an innovative approach to their application. -Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery. -Proven ability to manage and progress matters independently. -A good teamwork ethic and a can-do attitude. -Aptitude for business development and client facing experience.
