Working as part of a busy team you will be able to work autonomously as needed and work with a partner on more complex cases. It is key that you have a solutions focused approach. You will be joining a busy legal team who are exposed to high-quality work, and running a caseload of complex and varied corporate matters such as Company Restructuring, Joint Ventures and M&A. The value of the work ranges from value of work- 100k- 7.5 million. Broad client base- from small start-up businesses to medium and large corporate enterprises across a wide spectrum of market.
