Real Estate Solicitor - Manchester city centre/ Lancashire NQ-2 Real Estate Solicitor with boutique commercial law firm. The role: The firm are looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor ideally between NQ-2 PQE to join their rapidly growing vibrant Real Estate team. The successful candidate will have solid real estate experience and able to confidently tackle transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and corporate support. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of commercial property instructions from leases, acquisitions and disposals, assisting on multi-million pound re-finances and landlord & tenant work. You will have the opportunity to build and develop your own network of clients. This role will be working across the Manchester city centre and Lancashire offices.
