The team work on receivable financing and asset based lending transactions, sponsor backed deals, cross border transactions, syndicated facilities, off balance sheet receivables purchase programmes, trade financing and supply chain transactions. -The team handles a broad range of domestic and international matters. - A mix of lender and borrower work. -High profile work. The Candidate -Banking & Finance Solicitor- candidates from a broader banking & finance background looking to specialise will be considered. No specialist ABL or trade finance knowledge required! - NQ-4 PQE - You will be able to demonstrate technical ability and have gained exposure to finance matters. - Commercially aware with an enthusiastic approach. - Able to work well as part of a team.
