Real Estate Senior Associate -Manchester city centre- 4 PQE+ We are working with an international law firm who are looking for an experienced real estate lawyer to join their top tier real estate practice in Manchester city centre. The Real Estate Solicitor Role: * This is an opportunity to join a leading team, nationally and internally, with an excellent book of clients. * This is an opportunity to pick up a varied caseload, acting for a wide number of occupier and investor clients. 60% corporate occupier work and 40% landlord work/asset management. * You will have day-to-day conduct of matters and take an active role in managing client relationships as well as carrying out business development. * Excellent client base- including household names. * High profile work * The team structure offers a clear route to progress so this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to do high quality work & advance their career · Involvement in marketing and business development. · Support and guide junior lawyers in the team.
