They are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their highly respected Residential Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate with 2+ years' PQE to work on high-profile residential development projects with some of the UK's leading housebuilders and developers. The Role: As part of the firm's national Real Estate team, you will have the chance to work on significant residential development projects, assisting clients in meeting the government's housing targets. You will be involved in: Acquiring land for development and providing support on strategic land acquisitions Engaging in due diligence and managing title investigations Working with housebuilders, investors, and developers on land agreements, including options and promotion agreements Building strong relationships with clients and representing the firm at events and in business development initiatives Collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team of experts, while developing your own client base Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an associate who has: 2+ years PQE with experience in residential development or similar real estate work A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for real estate law Strong communication skills, with a focus on client relationships and business development A desire to continue learning and developing your career within a top-tier law firm Why Join?
