The Role As an Associate in the Environmental Law team, you will: · Specialise in non-contentious environmental law matters, advising clients on issues such as contaminated land, water pollution, waste management, and environmental permits. · Support colleagues across real estate, corporate, and other teams on environmental due diligence and transactional matters. · Handle a wide range of environmental law issues, working on both stand-alone cases and as part of multi-disciplinary teams. · Develop and manage client relationships, assisting with business development and marketing the practice. · Work closely with a highly experienced partner and team to deliver top-tier legal services to clients. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: · A minimum of 2 years' PQE in environmental law, ideally gained within a top-tier private practice or a large regional firm. · Strong technical knowledge in non-contentious environmental law, with experience in advising on complex legal matters. · Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise legal documents. · An interest in business development and the drive to build lasting relationships with clients. · A collaborative approach to work, with the flexibility to contribute to a dynamic, growing team.
