Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate | 3+ PQE | Prestigious National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid Working BCL Legal is excited to be partnering with a highly respected national law firm to expand its well-regarded Real Estate team in Birmingham. The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to join its growing team focused on Development and Investment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with experience in real estate law who is looking to work on high-profile, complex matters within a collaborative and supportive environment. The team works with a wide range of clients, including commercial and residential developers, investors, and major financial institutions, providing exceptional service and strategic advice across a diverse range of real estate transactions. You'll be involved in a broad caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance. Recent growth and an expanding client base have created a need for an additional solicitor to join the team and support the increasing workload. The Role As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate, your key responsibilities will include: · Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development (both residential and commercial). · Supporting the firm's growing client base, including developers, investors, and financial institutions, on a range of property transactions. · Playing an active role in property finance and development projects, including both residential and commercial sectors. · Providing proactive, strategic advice to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships. · Contributing to the wider strategic objectives of the firm and division, offering innovative ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: · At least 3 years PQE in Real Estate law, with a focus on Development and Investment. · A strong understanding of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. · Experience working with clients such as developers, investors, or financial institutions is advantageous. · Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. · A proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
