This Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time or part-time (4 days a week) permanent basis, with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. The Role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this market leading firm, you will: - Work with a top-tier national team advising on a wide range of complex and high-value disputes, including commercial contract disputes, corporate litigation, professional negligence, and IT disputes. - Handle instructions across both the public and private sectors, with opportunities to work on significant and varied matters. - Gain exposure to specialist areas such as breach of confidentiality claims, contentious IP, defamation actions, and shareholder disputes. - Collaborate closely with colleagues of all levels, providing excellent client service and building strong relationships. About You To be successful in your application for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor vacancy, you will: - Have 2-4 years' PQE with a strong background in corporate and commercial litigation. - Possess excellent drafting, legal analysis, and communication skills. - Be confident in managing client relationships and advising on complex legal matters. - Demonstrate a keen interest in business development and a practical, commercial approach. - Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
