This role offers a broad and varied workload across multiple legal disciplines, including energy regulation, corporate law, public law, banking, construction, procurement, and state aid. The Projects Lawyer opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible working options and hybrid arrangements as standard. The Role As a Projects Lawyer, you will: · Join a Tier 1 ranked team known for its work in local government and energy and infrastructure projects, handling landmark transactions valued at over £1 billion. · Engage in diverse projects, including Community Energy & Smart Cities Solutions (such as net zero district heating and power solutions), energy generation and utilities, City Deals, Regional Investment Funds, and large-scale residential property development joint ventures. · Be given early responsibility and the opportunity to develop strong client relationships.
