You'll be working on high-profile commercial development and investment transactions. The Real Estate Associate Role: · Working on a broad range of investment and development projects, particularly within the logistics, office, and mixed-use sectors, for clients such as institutions, property companies, developers, and corporate occupiers. · Your key responsibilities will include: o Acquisition and disposal of land and properties, both freehold and leasehold (including unregistered land); o Handling major real estate investment assets; o Managing large-scale redevelopment projects; o Advising on lettings, pre-lettings, and property management; o Overseeing real estate portfolio management; o Structuring collaborations and joint ventures; o Arranging funding for real estate transactions. · You'll also take an active role in marketing and business development, including client training and networking events. Candidate Requirements: · Strong real estate experience to include commercial development and investment exposure, whether from a leading national or international firm, or a well-established regional practice. · Excellent technical, drafting, and negotiation skills. · A commitment to Birmingham, with strong connections to the region. · The ability to provide support to junior fee earners in the team. · A desire to be involved in business development and networking.
