This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible and hybrid working options. The Role As an Environment Senior Associate in this national team, you will: · Provide strategic environmental advice, including on contentious environmental work and litigation. · Handle a broad spectrum of regulatory and transactional environmental matters, including regulatory enforcement, net-zero and climate change projects, carbon capture, and contaminated land liabilities. · Work with clients in key sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate, including high-profile clients like bp, E.ON, and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. · Be part of a dynamic environment team that collaborates closely with planning and infrastructure specialists across the firm. About You To be successful in your application for this Environment Senior Associate role, you will: · Have a minimum of 7 years' PQE with a solid track record in environmental law, particularly in contentious and regulatory work. · Possess strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills. · Demonstrate experience working at a leading national or regional law firm. · Have a strong academic background, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for business development. · Be committed to mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the practice.
