Construction Solicitor (NQ to 4 years' PQE) - National firm - Birmingham City Centre We are working on behalf of a highly regarded national firm, looking to appoint a Construction Solicitor to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (NQ to 4 years' PQE) with a focus on construction disputes to advance their career within a leading practice. Flexible working options are available. The Role · You will advise on a variety of contentious construction matters, including fire and building safety disputes, particularly focused on post-Grenfell projects and related issues. · The role will involve representing clients in significant, high-value disputes, including multi-million-pound arbitrations and court proceedings. · You will provide strategic support to major residential developers, with the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions (England & Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland). The Team · The nationally recognised construction team advises leading developers, contractors, local authorities, and universities on a range of high-profile and high-value projects. · Known for their expertise in construction litigation and professional negligence, the team offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and experience across a broad spectrum of cases.
