This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (NQ to 4 years' PQE) with a focus on construction disputes to advance their career within a leading practice. The Role · You will advise on a variety of contentious construction matters, including fire and building safety disputes, particularly focused on post-Grenfell projects and related issues. · The role will involve representing clients in significant, high-value disputes, including multi-million-pound arbitrations and court proceedings. · You will provide strategic support to major residential developers, with the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions (England & Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland).
