Property Litigation Associate | 1+ PQE | Leading Law Firm | Birmingham BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a leading law firm in their search for a Property Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Birmingham. This role is offered on a permanent basis with flexible working options, including hybrid working as standard. The Role As a Property Litigation Associate, you will: * Work as part of a nationally recognized, award-winning team that handles a wide range of commercial and residential disputes. * Gain exposure to high-profile, complex cases, working closely with expert litigators on matters such as property fraud, insolvency, possession actions, dilapidations, and rent disputes. * Have opportunities to work on your own cases as well as more complex matters alongside senior lawyers. * Play an active role in business development, contributing to the firm's continued growth and client retention. About You To be successful in your application for this Property Litigation Associate position, you will need: * A minimum of 1+ years' PQE with proven experience in property litigation. * A strong academic background and solid technical expertise in real estate disputes. * Excellent client management skills and commercial awareness, with a track record of delivering results. * The ability to work independently on cases and collaborate effectively within a team. * A proactive approach to professional development and staying current with industry standards.
