This highly respected firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving corporate team in Birmingham. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with flexible working options, including part-time (4 days a week) and hybrid working as standard. The Role: As a Senior/Principal Associate in the corporate team, you will: · Handle a variety of corporate work with a focus on public sector clients, particularly in education, charity, and governmental sectors. · Advise high-profile clients, including renowned universities and charitable organizations, on complex corporate transactions and strategic projects. · Work on national and international mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, and corporate restructures. · Be part of a dynamic, supportive team of experienced corporate lawyers with opportunities to expand your expertise across other corporate sectors as well. About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: · A minimum of 5 years' PQE, with experience in corporate law, ideally within the public sector. · Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions and advisory work. · Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills. · The ability to work well in a team while also taking initiative on individual projects. · A proactive attitude towards business development and client engagement.
