This exciting opportunity is available at the Associate level and offers both full-time and part-time permanent positions, with flexible and agile working options to suit your needs. The Role: As a Real Estate Solicitor in this prestigious Development team, you will be involved in: - Development (Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use) working for both public and private sector developer clients. - Build to rent. - Joint Ventures development. - Investment - working on acquisition and disposal strategies as well as supporting on asset management and financing work. - Forward funding arrangements. - Acting across a range of sectors including logistics, offices and retail as well as various alternate assets, such as healthcare (including later living and retirement villages). About You: To excel in this role, you will need: · 1-8 years' PQE in real estate. · A collaborative mindset with a strong teamwork ethic. · Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach to your work. · Good client-facing skills.
