This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with excellent salary and benefits. The Role As an Associate in the Real Estate team, you will: - Act on behalf of private developers, housebuilders, housing associations, and local authorities. - Work on diverse projects, including large-scale regeneration and development schemes across the UK. - Advise on disposals, promotion agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, and more. - Collaborate with top-tier lawyers in a Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised team. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: - 2-7 years' PQE in real estate, with a focus on development or the built environment sector. - Experience working on public or private sector development projects, with a strong commercial focus. - A proactive approach, keen to work in a collaborative environment and learn from experts. - Strong client relationship and business development skills.
