The position is to be based in the firm's Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Partner with a proven track record in Commercial Litigation to take on a leadership role within a well-established and rapidly growing firm. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. The Role As a Dispute Resolution Partner in this team, you will: * Lead and build the Birmingham-based team while collaborating with a national network of over 50 Dispute Resolution lawyers. * Work with a diverse client base, ranging from regional businesses to national corporations, delivering high-quality legal services in the commercial litigation space. * Have the autonomy to nurture existing relationships, develop your own client following, and expand the firm's presence in the Birmingham market. * Play a key role in business development and strategic growth, contributing to the firm's long-term goals. About You To be successful in this Dispute Resolution Partner role, you will have: * Significant PQE with a strong background in Commercial Litigation, ideally within the Birmingham market. * Demonstrated success in business development and a track record of leading and growing a team. * Strong networking abilities and the confidence to bring in and retain clients. * The vision and drive to devise and implement a business plan to further enhance the firm's reputation in the region.
