Public Law Disputes Lawyer - 6+ PQE - National firm - Birmingham About the Role: BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting our client, a large national firm, seeking an experienced Public Law Litigator to join their expanding Public Law Disputes sub-team. You will work closely with the Head of Public Law Disputes on cases including public procurement, judicial review, and information rights disputes. While experience with subsidy control issues is desirable, it is not essential. This role is pivotal in the team's growth, offering a fantastic opportunity to build and develop client relationships across multiple offices. About You: · Experience: 6+ years PQE with significant experience in public law disputes. · Skills: Strong communication, analytical abilities, and keen attention to detail. · Desirable: Background in subsidy control. · Qualities: Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for business development, and commitment to exceptional client service.
