Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor - 5+ years' PQE - National firm - Birmingham/hybrid BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a large national firm on a new opportunity for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join its growing team in Birmingham, ideally at the Principal Associate level. The opportunity: · Managing your own mixed caseload of non contentious construction matters to include drafting and negotiating contracts (JCT and NEC4 contracts in particular), appointments and supporting documents · Assisting other members of the department and supporting juniors · Impressive client base of private and public sector clients including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants · The team acts across a wide range of sectors including commercial development, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy and investment · You: · 5+ years' PQE as a non-contentious construction solicitor.
