Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate | PQE: NQ-3 Years | International Law Firm | Birmingham BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into their Commercial Development and Investment team based in Birmingham. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high values real estate deals nationally and internationally. The Role: As an Associate/Senior Associate in this team, you will: * Join one of the largest dedicated commercial development and investment teams in the UK, working with a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers, property companies, and private equity investors. * Advise on high-value investment transactions and complex development projects, with exposure to mixed-use schemes, business parks, logistics, and more. * Work on a wide range of matters, including joint ventures, investment sales and purchases, pre-letting, commercial lettings, and development agreements. * Have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering innovative and commercially focused legal solutions. About You: To be considered for this opportunity, you will: * Have 0-3 years' PQE in real estate, ideally with a focus on commercial property development and investment transactions. * Be commercially astute with a proven track record of advising sophisticated clients. * Be eager to develop your skills and take on leadership responsibilities within a supportive and collaborative environment. * Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
