In-House Counsel

I'm working with a multi-million turnover world leader in infrastructure and logistics to find a Legal Manager with to work as part of a large global legal function but also have full responsibility for the Irish business. Reporting to the Legal Director you will provide legal advice to senior stakeholders and support its various business streams. You will also work closely with the CEO of the Irish business. The Role: * Supporting senior management in a number of legal areas including corporate, commercial, competition, procurement and compliance; * Managing all regulatory issues faced by the business; * Supporting all M&A activities (including JVs and partnerships) * Drafting company policies and procedures; * Considering and reviewing any unusual, complex or high value contracts; * Review and analysis of tenders, contracts, terms & conditions, ancillary documents and other commercial agreements; and * Supporting business compliance and advising senior management on corporate governance and ethics and compliance. Requirements: * At least 3 years PQE gained in practice or in-house in either commercial contracts, construction or a mixture or both; * Experience of the infrastructure sector is advantageous; and * Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to a variety of demographics. The business is based close to the centre of Dublin and operates a hybrid working policy.
