Senior Counsel

Senior Counsel opportunity with one of the North West's best known businesses: An opportunity has arisen with a UK organisation with interests in a number of interesting sectors, and in a period of growth, The role requires an experienced commercial lawyer who can slot in between the Head of Legal and more junior lawyers and trainees. This organisation generates some of the most varied and high profile work available with projects in the hundreds of millions of pounds. You will: - Provide commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders, including the executive committee; - Draft and negotiate agreements including: retail, tech, procurement and supplier agreements; and - Work with the business on corporate transactions, projects and litigation. This role requires a lawyer with at least 4 years experience in commercial law. In-house experience is useful but please do get in touch if you're a more senior commercial solicitor in private practice who would like to make a move in-house. The role is based in South Manchester with hybrid working 3 days a wee and flexibility is available.
