In-house Legal Counsel

Are you a newly qualified or junior commercial lawyer looking for a new commercial in-house opportunity? I'm working with a global market leader with a worldwide team of 30 lawyers to find a new Legal Counsel with responsibility for legal work in Europe and beyond. Working closely with senior stakeholders and members of the UK sales team you will advise on a wide variety of commercial and employment matters: - Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers; - Working in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team to assist with new areas of business; and - Managing external lawyers in a range of commercial, corporate and employment matters. This role would be best suited to a lawyer with 1-2 years qualified commercial experience although newly qualified lawyers who can demonstrate good commercial contracts knowledge will be considered. The business operates a hybrid working policy and you'll split your time evenly between their Manchester City Centre office and home.
