Senior Corporate Associate (Private M&A)- 4-7 PQE Top 15 International Law firm| London | £130,000 - £145,000 A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier national practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the top 15 in the UK, is arguably the largest and widest-reaching domestic UK law firm. The London corporate team is made up of over 40 lawyers undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the TMT/Fintech; Financial Services; Investment Funds; Life Sciences; and Energy sectors The salary bracket for the roles starts at £130k from 4 PQE, up to £145k at 7 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, against a target of 1700 hours. The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include: Advising on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory work. This position is ideally suited to a mid level corporate associate between four and seven years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
