Corporate Associate - 2-4 PQE Top 50 UK firm| London | £80,000 - £90,000 A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier City practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the top 50 in the UK, is a historic and well regarded UK law firm. The London corporate team is made up of 24 lawyers, from Partner to Associate, undertaking high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, life sciences, and technology sectors. My client handle high value advisory work in the private capital sector, and are currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyer, with strong experience and interest in either M&A, and Joint Venture work predominantly. The salary bracket for the roles starts at £80k from 2 PQE, up to £90k at 4 PQE, in addition to a generous bonus scheme. The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include: - Private company M&A - Investments - Joint ventures - Board advice - Partnerships - Advisory and restructuring work. This position is ideally suited to junior associates between up to 4 years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: · A strong academic background · Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm · Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen · Excellent communication skills · Experience in business development and client relationship management With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy.
